Brian,

I did the same on my first SOF kayak.
My solution was to drill thru the frame at the stringer that had to be cut loose. I then took the blade from a coping saw, threaded it thru the hole and grabbed the ends with my fingers. Grit your teeth and saw. This hurts the fingers. Then see if you can straighten out the boat. Probably you will have to do this to many joints. Too many joints and you just cut the frame off, make a new one and reposition.
A laser level really helps, but you have to have a common horizontal reference on all the frames. I draw one 4" from the bottom 0.0" measure on each frame for the SeeBee. If you don't have one just start moving things around until the keel and centerline deck beam looks straight and vertical. Clamp or screw the frame in position until you reglue everything.

Good luck.

Marc

: Okay, I finally just sat down and looked at the boat now that it is
: upright. It looks like it might be twisted. When I site down the
: deck stringers we are off by about 3/4" over 11'. When I
: look down the keel with it upright it looks to be off by the
: same or a bit less in the other direction. Is this going to be
: an issue and if so is it correctable now that most of the
: stringers are epoxied in?
