Are you doing the single or multi-chine Sea Bee? What did you skin it with? What are you planning on using for coating?

I have been pondering that same question and since I am doing this on the cheap I was thinking of nylon web loops held on with stainless steel screws inserted into the tops of the gunwales. Probably put a stainless washer/grommet on it as well. Not pretty, but...

I'll be interested to hear your final solution.
