I did my first Yost style. Got me in the water quick, but the build was over too soon also... building it is half the fun for me.
The traditional route will be more challenging. But, making the more difficult aspects of the build go easier is good too. Finding a different way to do something, with good results holds some satisfaction too. Or maybe I just like to make things more difficult than they have to be! :)
