Launching: For real - on water and paddled *PIC*

I got the kayak on the water and paddled for about 1 1/2 hours today. I haven't been in a 22" wide boat in a few years and the last one that I was in had a habit of randomly trying to throw me in the water (Chatham 17). So, it was a bit herky-jerky for the first few minutes. I could hear Bill Hamm in my head saying "with v hulls, let it rest on one side or the other". And continually worked myself down to relax.

I was very happy with the boat. It performed beautifully. My next step is to get a sprayskirt made for it.
