S&G: Table for construction process

About to build my first S&G, it's a Pygmy Osprey Std. I'm curious as to what type/style of work table would be the best for this. I built my last strip using the stands that Nick uses in his book. I'm thinking of doing a 16 x 4 surface made of 2x4's and plywood set on top of saw horses. Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks
