Check the housewares department of any Walmart or Target.

Plastic suppliers can sell you 4x8 foot sheets of the stuff if you want a lot of it, or if you want long strips. Otherwise you'll be stringing together lots of short pieces for those rubrails. If you go that route I suggest 1" long half-lap joints. A single recessed stainless-steel screw holds both strips.
