Might there be a way to break down kayak construction into steps and then organize a blog of the 'best' tips? And 'best' doesn't mean only one 'best' tip, but good ideas, ideas worth considering.

My favorite way to procrastinate, is to Google every possible permutation of terms related to strip building and kayaking, and yet every day here on the kayakforum I learn something I knew nothing about. Or you guys help me cut through confusion (thanks again for the fiberglass sources. I wound up calling Thayercraft -- nice people, great price.)

Top of my list are Nick's videos. As a teacher and perpetual apprentice there's no better way to learn something than to see someone who does it well doing it.
I guess I'm desperate to find out before I reach that step rather than after wards.
