: Awhile back, I inserted all Petrel's offsets from the book into Rhino 4 and
: came up with a point cloud, but linking all the points together formed

I'm sorry you were subjected to the errors in the offset tables. To make it worse, the Petrel tables were not the only ones that contained errors. Despite my best efforts and the dedicated work of editors, these problems continue to crop up. I have posted the corrections at:
