New Book Excellent, but Petrel offsets are "OFF"

Nick... most excellent book, again!
Looking at the Petrel, what a fine looking craft. All that remains is some good offsets. I did a double-take just casually looking at the offsets and the DWL offsets are way off. Appears as if they were all multiplied by a factor of 2. Hmmmm.
