When one considers the time and effort that go into a build it seems to me a false economy anyway not to buy a proper set of plans. The beginning of any project is usually a blueprint of some sort. Why not give yourself the best possible shot at success by starting off right?

I have always found that the plans on offer are the best value for money in the process of a kayak project. I am often astounded by the detail and thought that they include.

I have built boats from book instructions, but only because the plans were no longer available to buy.
