I did something similar but with plywood. Trimmed it to fit once it was on the boat. No problems.

The problem will be how the grain runs. WRC is not a great choice to bend but it can be done. It will want break between the growth rings. So you may or may not be able to get it to bend. Heat goes a long ways toward helping one bend. Steaming is the traditional way but I use a heat gun too.

I made my lip out of thin pieces of WRC. So you might need to resaw it thinner and laminate it up. Just a lot of unknowns there.
