A good place to start would be Cape Boatworks. They are agents for CLC down here in Oz so they can help with plans, kits etc. Looking at their selection chart, a Shearwater 14 or Chesapeake 14 would suit your size. These are stitch-and-glue ply kits, but you could build them as a hybrid with a strip deck.
