This one is now about 10 years old and has held up well. Very cheap except for the saddles I got off e-bay. The clips I made are for a gutter-less car. I load my kayak from the back of the car using two pieces of 1'x 4' blue building foam. One piece on the ground to the trunk and the other from the trunk to the rack and just slide the boat up on them and onto the rack.
