Strip: Construction Order

I have the hull of my Great Auk nearly complete now. Just the stems to add. It's built without staples and hot glued here and there to the forms. Should I fair, sand, and fiberglass the hull now or just flip it and begin stripping the deck. If I just flip it now and start the deck, I will at some point have to remove the hull from the forms before it's all closed up and I can't access the hot glue blobs. Seems I would want fiberglass on it before it comes off the forms right?

I'm thinking:
-sand, fair, and fiberglass the hull now
-flip the hull, trim the fiberglass at the sheer and begin stripping the deck
-get a good start on the deck, at least the sheer and a few more strip in
-detach the hull from the forms for the first time by removing hot glue from inside the hull
-finish stripping the deck
-fair, sand and fiberglass the deck
-cut in the cockpit coaming and hatches
-fair, sand and fiberglass insides of both hull and deck

Does this sound right?
