I don't have enough space in my workshop to run boat-length strips through a tablesaw so I use a handheld circular saw. I can keep the thickness spread down to about 0.01" (1/4 mm) if that's good enough for your needs.
Four things to note: finish quality fine-kerf blade (cost as much as the saw), saw bearing must be in good shape (I have a cheap but new saw I use for this purpose alone), zero-clearance ply sole attached to the metal sole of the saw, and a perfectly straight guide at least 3x as long as the sole so the saw enters and leaves in line. The ply sole and guide can have a chisel front edge to shed the sawdust, which must be kept from getting under the guide if accuracy is essential. Ideally, glue the guide to the sole of the thickness is always the same, although I use clamps.
I put a sheet of insulation foam on my work table to protect it from the blade and lay the plank on top of that, held with several strips of double-sided tape. The plank stays put until the last strip is cut, and I can usually strip entire plank in one operation, and it's very quick. Just vacuum between runs.
