: I've seen some where the attention to detail, with minimal tools, is just
: amazing. Problem is it just makes me want to try harder, whatever building
: medium or tools I use.

I've got one of Laughing Loon's Disko Bay's so I do understand. This is a strip version of the original SOF greenland boat, expanded a bit so I can actually fit into the thing (barely). Still it's nothing like a SOF, got a couple of them too and just got a nice piece of white ash to make steam bent ribs for a tradional SOF. This assumes I ever have a time when I don't have several boats being built at once .
