As I said, I am not making any quick choices. I had a small boat and small cockpit a few years ago and got quite good at getting in and out. I could sit on the deck and balance it in the water fairly well. Never dumped it. Got to where I could get in and out along side the dock. Biggest issue right now is my legs hitting the front of the cockpit trying to get in. Other than that I like it. Love the deck close up to me.

Got to learn to use the paddle, I had read about that but have not had a chance to try it. I was thinking about putting the boat in the yard and just trying it some there. That beautiful shiny deck is slick when wet and I think that is why I dumped it the first time, my hand slid.

I am going to give it a fair chance. I am not one to give up easy.
