i'm bldg a 18'8 s&g in my tandem carport but it needs to be used for parking cars when i'm not building:

the yak is on a strongback which hoists/hangs to the clg and i've bought materials for(not used yet - short panels so far)building 2 2x8 tables hinged on one long face on the wall(i just have posts) using those folding table legs on the inside edge -fold leg, table fold against wall. the 2 tables are to be separated by 4'-0" so that i can drop a 4' ply leaf in between to make 20'-0" or hole cut/clamp. possible bungee, velcro or webbing crossovers to keep panel(s) on the table when folded. actually probably just some 6mil plastic.

so another way. getting quicker at setting and clearing up!
