Check uot the link Dave Houser gives on Green Valley builders notes. I used it and got excellent results. I also found though that a 6" strip of Duct tape
(3" under & 3" over) in between forms really kept things tight. You end up discarding a lot of these because they are only "use once" but it's worth it. Keep a plastic grocery bag hanging around the boat somewhere for housekeeping on this stuff. Good luck JJ.
