hi Chad;
i use bungie cord with the little metal-and-dowel clips that i dreamed up, and spring clamps to hold the tag end of the bungies back around to the forms. with this method you can adjust tension and the direction it goes in very easily. however, this method can be a bit slow, as you have to wait for the glue to set before you can put your next set of strips on. hollows are dealt with by useing hot glue or a halo frame and pusher clamps.
