On my first build, I had searched for a type of hatch catch. When I saw the Moby I was hooked. It took me twice making the prototype to make it work out. I have used mine for about six months and although I have not been in heavy surf, it does keep the rain out and when I bottom uped it kept the water out. I like it that there is nothing external and I feel safe enough not to use extra straps when trailering down the interstate. I like them.
