I know System 3 sells epoxy pigments, but there are probably other sources. Use enough to get the color you want. A small amount will make a translucent color, it takes more to make it opaque. You can not expect the epoxy to be as strong when you add stuff to it. For wetting out the glass, I would add just enough to give the resin a little color. Make a more opaque resin for the fill coats.
