I seem to remember Brian Millington using Pete Ford's router jig with good success. Look here and in the archives for posts by those two.

Below is a link to the portion of Petes Kayak Konstruction Zone which deals with milling the strips, and shows a picture of his dual router setup.

To get the rotation direction right for both routers you should either point one router skyward, and the other towards the ground, or find a way to reverse the direction (probably not easy) of one and buy / make a left hand rotation bit.
