not paddle in such conditions or others, just paddle.

I'm too busy.

& it is I who say: "build less paddle more"

to the point: I tend to be able to paddle safely in any conditions
that might get me when I'm paddling.
I think a skeg can make the difference between having hard times
getting to a safe place during bad whether, & not being able to
get to that place.
