You've obviously spent some time on the numbers. I just took a quick look at the GACO site and was intriqued, first look at what appears to be high performance products as opposed to porch paint over canvas. The coverage estimate I saw was on their faq page- 1 gal covers 50 sq ft 2 coats either hypalon or neoprene which is only 100 ft per gal

Your analysis of the combinations of covers/coatings which followed was terrific. Thanks. More study of the GACO site in order for me.
