Thanks for the input. I looked at the line drawings at David Zimmerly's site, and it has some boats that look pretty interesting. Since my stitch-n-glue is a hard-chined Greenland-ish boat, I'm going with variety and building an Aleutian kayak. I'll probably choose a design from Zimmerly's site, and do some minor deck modifications to rake the cockpit and lower the rear deck some.
