I'm a 1st timer building a Guillemot, and have used just over 1.5 gallons so far. I have the outside seam and end pour left to go. I tended to mix too much for small jobs like coaming, cheekplates, inside seam, fillcoats etc. and used some to practice glassing on scraps before I did the boat.
