I *just* did the coaming part tonight. I had a goal to get the coaming on prior to Memorial Day weekend as I'll be out of town, and it just feels better letting the boat sit after hitting a milestone like that.

Anyway, I followed the directions -- hot glue on the bottom, attaching the coaming to the recess, but wood glue in the cove/bead of the coaming piece. It worked like a charm.
