: Ok, I'm not sure if this is too picky but here goes... I just got back from
: paddling my Osprey Double and was rinsing the boat down when I noticed a
: couple of spots on the hull. These spots are pretty small (3-4 squares of
: fiberglass weave). The spots look like "starred fiberglass"
: (white). I can't remember if they were there prior to varnishing and it
: doesn't look like the glass is loose. Should I leave it or do I need to
: sand down the spots and put some fresh epoxy down? Does System 3 epoxy get
: too old to use, does it go bad? Thanks for any thoughts on the subject.

: Tom D.

I say leave it be. check it periodically. But don't lose sleep over it. You're the only one that will ever notice the white fiberglass stars.

everyone else is busy admiring the beauty and craftsmanship of your yak. Try joining them. Sit back and enjoy your creation.
