My additional $.02...I used West Systems on first boat and MAS on the second. I've been very happy with both, but they each have their own "personality" (working time with various hardners/temps, viscosity, etc.). If you intend to "bright finish" (varnish) the boat, be certain to use a hardner specifically designed for clear coating. You'll also need to be certain that the brand of paint/varnish you use is compatible with your brand of epoxy (e.g., I was told NOT to use Epifane's varnish with West Systems epoxy). I also recommend that you don't limit your info gathering to the brand of epoxy you choose...most of the various web sites for epoxy retailers, RAKA, West Systems, etc. have a TON of good info, technique.
