Sounds good! I've put together footpumps systems and electrical. I agree that some where in the $40-60 range would be competitive with doing it oneself.
My system comes out thru the deck with a nice tethered walnut plug which looks nice but blows out easily.
Making it so it can be adapted to singles and doubles (3 and 4 compartments) would be good.
With 26 boats, I wouldn't outfit them all but would like a system I can move to the boats I would be using for a particular offshore class or trip.
