hi lee,

no, to fit that image, i'd have to be actually gettig somewhere. maybe in a few mos w/ the glass. probably some sanding dust in the hair. but do have cup of ordinary coffee.

and the zrest?, well just playing w/ the idea that to get a sea sock cleanly out maybe the yak inside should be clear as possible and the seasock including the seat also.(foam of course for insulation)

like consider. say (average) from coaming to end of toes is 4ft. say you had a closable end exposure bag 8ish feet long. you opened it up and glued/attached 3.5ft of 16in wide zrest in the last 4ft of the bag. you closed the top, inverted it inside so the bag is now 4ftlong but closed volume. suck out all the air w/ the blow tube, fit the sock in the yak with the zrest down and you have a seat. the upmost circumference of this sized to snap over the coaming(or a bungee, or elastick or rubber).

then when in the drink and can't get in the yak, pull it out(yak upside down best), climb in, roll till foam down, blow up. air on top insulates, foam down insulates, not so good at sides but double bag thickness.

not totally serious, but fun to imagine. i'd like to try it out.

ps like even if one had an ordinary (maybe a bit longer) exposure bag and turned down the end just a bit, if you could keep it down (w/straps, snaps or those tarp snaps) you could trap some air for floatation at least.
