45 minutes to do the 'glassing? I'm not sure where you got this impression. Perhaps the hands on someone's watch got glued in place. I spend more time than that just in cleanup and setup. Regardless, some people work faster than others. Unless you have to meet some production deadline, this is a job that takes as long as it takes.
