Ross is right. Add more resin to your low spots and fair the resin.

I had a hull I was working on for a demo and my attention wandered. I had a dip on a strip joint I hadn't noticed until after it was glassed. It was deep enough that I needed to add a patch of glass on the spot to build up resin faster. the result is invisible.

If you needed to add glass you must coat the glass with the same slow hardner/resin or laminating resin you used on the other glass to have it be transparent.
