Hi Angela

I used wood from Home Depot. 1x4s and 1x6s 10', 12' and a 14' cedar that I picked over. The white is spruce or fir construction grade 2x4s 12'. I will not use that stuff again, it was brittle and hard to plane and sanding was terrible.

I had to get the picture out to see the wings, that is the ribs for the J3 Kitten Ultralight. You can see the front of the fuselage in the other picture. There is also an unfinished sailboat right in front of my wife, being used to hold my strips. My work overflows the garage.
