Thanks for the advice, i never would of thought to brace the inside of the joint. I have some scrap okume that will work perfecly. The back door and front window will not be a problem. This model doesnt have a window where it meets the cab, it just has a realy nice rubber seal that fits perfectly around the trucks back window. The back door is relatively small for the size of the shell and has enough clearance that simply widening the opening 2 inches on each side and reinstalling will work nicely. That way should be easier than cutting the glass and frame to fit.
