Hi Roger,
Mac has also built some Barnegat (sp?) Bay Sneakboxes stripper style and he may have some patterns for this little boat. Chappelle's book has that one in there also, as well as the Delaware Ducker, which is a double-ended 15 footer that was used on the Delaware river for hunting and was even put to task in racing. Thes boats were usually manned by a gunner and another who rowed, poled or sailed the boat. Set up for racing, they were rigged as a cat boat with about 112 sq ft of sail (gaff). Chappelle's book is a jewel, grab one up if you can find it.
There is a canoe sailing web site the has an on-line book from W.P. Stephens. There are a few versions of the Barnegat Sneakbox there.....one is a 16 foot daysailer version. I think there are some lines for the "Tuckups" too. Those were some exiting boat to sail I'd imagine. The web address is about a mile long..... http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~fassitt/canoe_mirror/canoe_sailing.html#index

for the on-line book from Stephens..........

Try this one http://dragonflycanoe.com/stephens/

great stuff!
