Recessed deck fittings

We are about the same size, and my 11's fit fine with booties, although sandals are a tight squeeze.

The pic at http://www.geocities.com/shawnkayak/pete/ is my version of a flush fitting, and the link is to an old message about how to build it. The weight is only 1/4 oz, and it's totally watertight.
