Hi Ben,

SQRT() refers to the square root function. The formula takes the square root of (BW/2-SW/2)^2+SL^2--everything enclosed in parentheses after the SQRT function is invoked.

It's in the spreadsheet, but hidden in a "computation" cell. Click on cell E15 and look at the top white bar. The spreadsheet displays its numeric calculation for that formula, rather than showing the formula itself.

Shawn

: PL = 2*BL+BS*(.38*EE+1.2*SQRT((BW/2-SW/2)^2+SL^2))
: Am I missing something in your formula. (SQRT)refers to what?
: I didn't see it on the spreadsheet.
: Thanks,
: Ben
