: maybe buy 2, cut off the hook on the first and bolt to front rack and cuut
: off hook to 2nd and mount the rest on back rack, pull apart. Need cradles

I think I'm wrong, the wrong part slides.

Or if you had 1 loop of cable and one cable lock and put them in opposition from say the c/l of each rack tube around and under the coaming lip from ea end,it may be really difficult to even get cable cutters in.

So just for simplicity say the racks were 6in ea side of the cockpit, and the circum of the cockpit was 70in. Drill a hole or attacha tab to the ctr of one rack and loop or wrap thru a continuous loop(weld or lock closed) say abt 70in plus 6in to the rack plus 6in back = 82 in long. Same thing for the front except a cable lock 82 long w/ some take up or sized for the yak.

put yak on, put first loop around coaming and slid yak against it, put 2nd loop on and lock it.

Prob don't have to even have tie it on, just use a front loop. Get some good stares- but it's like locked!Stealers will have a hell of a time getting the cable cutter jaws under the coaming or to the centre of the car/truck.
