: Dave, The epoxy will take longer to cure, theoretically the epoxy is weaker
: if cured at a cold temperature but not enough for our applications. I like
: Ray's simple idea of a light bulb inside the cockpit under the area to be
: glued. For under deck attachments I've used 1"webbing folded over and
: glued straight onto the underside of the deck. It's not as neat as a
: padeye but it's not exactly in a visible spot and a loop of webbing is
: easy to pass multible lengths of smaller bungie or bungie fittings.

Dave, I live in the Metro area also. If possible wait a week or two and it will probably be back up in the high sixties or even seventies. But the light bulb idea will work great. I've used one underneath a Harley (with a blanket draped over the bike)in the cold to keep the crankcase and oil warm enough for easier cold starts.
