Check out Reid Tool. I bought an assortment of threaded knobs from them for my roof rack cradles, and was very pleased with the selection and reasonable price. Their catalog is online (in PDF format), and I've included a link to one section of it. At about 2/3 through the document you'll find Vibration Mounts that are just what you are describing (the dimensions might be different) in the $2-3 range. Good luck!
