In Response To: Closed Cell Foam Buying Location? (Brion)

Hi Brion, minicell bulkheads aren't any easier to install and they can trap water next to the wood if not sealed well. I've used 3M5200 or silicone sealant. I like 5200 but it's a mess to work with. I thought the whole ply/minicell choices were all theoretical but I met a guy that has a Coho with cracks on the floor between the aft bulkhead and the seat. He was touring with lots of weight, so maybe any kind of stress cracks would have shown up there.
