This is a Guillemot. I'm (theoretically at least) making it for my wife. I was very careful about following the plans and lining things up, just couldn't reconcile the way the bow & stern forms lined up with the keel.

How did you stretch the Guillemot. I'm 6' and about 185 lb and don't know if I'll be completely comfortable in the Guillemot and still have some storage space left. i thought of just spacing the forms a little further apart to lengthen the boat. Is that what you did? Did this produce an acceptable design?
