Gary,

I started my Arctic Tern in January and had the same problem. Mostly with the narrow deckstrip that meets with the hull at the shear seam. The warps were both longitudinal (wavy) and torsional (twisted). I simply assumed it was the result of making the transition from coastal Washington State to Tucson Arizona. At any rate, not wanting to screw around with sending the panels back I just jumped in and built the darned thing, using lots of paving bricks to hold everything flat while gluing up the full-length panels. When done and unweighted, I had up to 45 degrees of twist in the full length panel. I did lots of praying to the Wood Gods that everything would straighten out when stitched, and indeed it did. I'm amazed at how fare the lines are on the finished product. So keep everything flat & aligned when gluing and then drilling, and let the panel forms pull everything into place when stitching.

By the way, I'm set to launch May 20th.
