150 ml per coat?

I seem to be averaging about 150 ml per coat of varnish thinned 15%. I do put it on thin though.

: Hi Travis, In reality it takes about 1.5 quarts thinned 10-15% with the
: appropriate thinner. This assumes an average 17.5 foot canoe with 3-4
: coats inside and out. The amount of thinner obviously will makes a
: difference and it applies equally to the ease of brushing and quality of
: the finished surface. Unthinned varnish doesn't behave very well (sags,
: drips, brush marks) and takes a lot longer to dry. I use z*spar flagship
: varnish and the thinner for that is T10. I also use Epifanes 333 brushing
: liquid which is an unrelated product but is excellent. To find out how I
