Bob,

CLC offers them on their website in their "Plans archive" section, I believe. Also, I think offsets were given for it in Chris Kulczycki's book "The Kayak Shop" (for the 18 foot Cape Charles). I own the book, although it's been in storage for the last five years or so; as I recall, it was quite informative and well worth the $16 Amazon or B&N charge.
