I'd have a tough time making Ross Leidy cradles since I don't know Ross' cross-section, and, besides, why carry Ross on the roof when there's no room to put the kayak inside the car. :-)

Thanks for the quick response. I checked out their web page and I'll be ordering from them as soon as I figure out how much material I need.

We're building four cradles, two for her Osprey and two for my Coho. While we could make asymetric cradles (ie. a bow and a stern cradle for each boat), I'm hoping that I can figure our a shape which fits both the bow and stern. The idea being that I only have to make one form per boat (only one form total if the shape of the Coho is similar enough), and, when lifting it onto the roof, you don't have to worry about figuring out which cradle is which.
