Both Pygmy and CLC have youth versions. Pygmy's is the Arctic Tern 14 (better call them first, it's still new. No plans, just kits) and CLC has a shortened version of their classic Cheasapeake hull, not to mention the Mill Creek 13. Check out their websites or better yet call.
