Not sure of how it behaves when you post pics but I recently started using bluelight.com (free ISP hosted by Kmart) and it is treating my internet access & usage much better than two other free ISPs. To get online w/ them, you could either go to their website (bluelight.com) or go to your local Kmart for a free CD at the checkout registers. Not a bad deal for free.
